General Lindy Competitions
Routines must be a minimum of two-minutes and a maximum of four-minutes in length. Competitors select their own music. This is a no-holds barred competition. All lifts, drops, aerials, airsteps and acrobatics are allowed.

Lindy Hop Classic (non-showcase) - Register Now!
Competitors will display their choreographed creativity without aerials, air-steps and lifts in this division. Competitors will select their own music. Routines must be a minimum of two-minutes and a maximum of four minutes in length.

This division will be for Lindy Hop routines of 3 or more couples. Competitors will select their own music. Routines must be a minimum of three-minutes and a maximum of four-minutes in length.

This is a solo American vernacular jazz dance contest. Dancers must include Charleston variations and may also include black bottom and vernacular jazz movements. Dancers will dance to music selected by ILHC in the preliminary rounds. The finals will be danced in a spotlight format and judged by audience applause.

This will be a social dance competition open to all levels. Dancers register as couples and will dance to music selected by ILHC. The finals will be danced in a jam format to a live band.

Dancers register as couples and will dance to music selected by ILHC. The finals will be danced in a jam format to a live band.

This will be a social dance competition open to everyone. Leaders and followers will be randomly drawn to dance together to several songs of varying styles and tempos, but will be judged as individuals in the preliminary rounds. Dancers selected to dance in the finals will be randomly assigned a partner again, but will be judged as a couple as they dance in a spotlight format.

Leaders and followers will be randomly drawn to dance together to several songs of varying styles and tempos, but will be judged as individuals in the preliminary rounds. Dancers selected to dance in the finals will be randomly assigned a partner again, but will be judged as a couple as they dance in a spotlight format.

Pro Leaders will be matched with Amateur follows. Pro Follows will be matched with amateur Leaders. All will be judged as couples.
