We have some big changes this year!

Our goal every year is to provide you and the Lindy Hop community with an event to push the scene forward. A place to see and get inspired by top-level competitions; a place to grow as a dancer by practicing, choreographing, and performing; and a place to meet dancers from all over the world who are as passionate about Lindy Hop as you are.

The changes this year will help further our goals. We've incorporated many of the suggestions we have received from our attendees to bring you the best ILHC experience possible. The major change is the date -- we heard from so many that the start of School/University is an especially inconvenient time, so we moved to after the US Thanksgiving weekend to accommodate. Other changes include a tweaked schedule for a more relaxed experience and more social dancing, a couple of new high-energy no holds barred style contests, and more options for all levels to compete.

We've summarized the major changes below!

Date Change

We have moved ILHC from August to the US Thanksgiving Day Weekend, November 29 - Dec. 2nd, 2019. We will continue from 2019 forward to start the event the day after Thanksgiving (always the 4th Thursday in November). This will make it more convenient and less expensive for our international attendees as well as help those in the US with School/University conflicts!

NORMA 100

We will celebrate and honor the one and only Norma Miller as she turns 100 years old December 2nd, 2019! We have many NORMA-related activities planned. This will be an event not to be missed!!!
